Ahpah software provides limited technical support to all its
customers. Every registered user of our products will have one year
of technical support via email, and 90 days of full phone support. In
addition, users may purchase full phone support on a per-year basis,
as well as unlimited email support.
Technical support questions should be directed to support@ahpah.com.
All electronic support
questions will be investigated and responded to as soon as possible,
in the order received. You can save time by checking our answers to
Frequently Asked Questions before you contact us.
Please note that Ahpah values bug reports on their software, and you may
use the support facilities at any time to report bugs in Ahpah's
products. Bug reports may be phoned in, or sent via e-mail to bugs@ahpah.com or support@ahpah.com. We will make
every effort to fix minor bugs in our software as soon as possible and
offer an update to all registered users.
